We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the nature of furniture items, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@elisabethonline.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
